Cafe Squibs: Across the River and then Some

Trying a new coffee shop is like traveling overseas, requiring one to walk the fine line between comfort and adventure. Like an ex-pat in an Asian country, you could easily find yourself in the home that you never knew you had. Or, like a fling in a foreign country, you could bask in the anonymity of a coffee shop while enjoying the bittersweet sensation of knowing that you could never truly fit in. So go ahead, leave Newton; take a trip and call it a holiday. Cafe Squibs: Coffee Around School

Grey skies, grey books, and grey minds. Uncertainty taints everything, even the weather, leaving a dull ache in that part of your mind that worries about things. In times like these, there’s nothing like a decent cup of coffee to flush color to your world. The last movie I watched was Kung Fu Panda 2 from my couch while studying for Con Law II. Not a bad way to get ready for First Amendment questions, but I would much rather go to a movie theatre… so, I hereby resolve to watch more movies in theatres.
