Public Interest Law Discussion with Sen. Jamie Eldridge on Wednesday at 12:30, FREE THAI FOOD!

Please join the American Constitution Society in welcoming Massachusetts State Senator Jamie Eldridge, BCLS ‘00, who will speak about his experience with legal aid work and his interest in community economic development. This will be held on Wednesday, April 15, at 12:30 in Stuart 315 with Free Thai food. He will also speak about state law school loan repayment legislation for persons interested in pursing a career in public interest law.

Senator Eldridge graduated in 2000 from Boston College Law School. While in law school, he was President of the Public Interest Law Foundation. The efforts he made to create a community economic development law clinic at BCLS have come to fruition with the recent establishment of the clinic at the law school. This event will also be sponsored by the Community for Economic Development law group, the Public Interest Law Foundation, and Phi Alpha Delta.
